The Cut

There’s “Making the Cut” or being “A Cut Above the Rest.” The Cut is a good thing., especially in soapIng. Every soapmaker has a favorite part of their craft and it’s not the cleanup. Some love the intricate designs that can be made while others prefer making a simple soap because they know the benefits for your skin. My favorite part is “The Cut.” I’m always anxious to cut the loaf into bars to see how the colors blended together. Every bar is unique so every cut brings a new design.
